    Can I upload documents?

    Answer: "Yes" - You can easily upload almost any type of document. You can add photos, videos, scanned documents, sent documents and emails. SupportWorker™ organizes the documents chronologically and allows you to write a short description of what the file concerns. To view you simply click on it and the document automatically downloads to your desktop.

    Do I need high-speed Internet access?

    Answer: "No" - While SupportWorker™ performs best with faster Internet connections it also works well with slower Internet connections. We have kept complicated graphics to a minimum to allow for quicker download speeds.

    Can SupportWorker™ help with time sheets or staff scheduling?

    Answer: "No" - SupportWorker™ manages client files only. ComVida’s extensive management tools helps with time sheets and staff scheduling.

    Can anyone see what I type?

    Answer: "No" - Only those with access privileges can read your reports. Robust security systems keep your data confidential from the rest of the Internet.

    Is SupportWorker™ secure?

    Answer: "Yes" - SupportWorker™ is very secure. All users must log-in using an eight-digit password. We maintain a reliable security certificate (SSL) that rivals the security at many banks or credit card companies. We take security very seriously and protect your data with the most up-to-date solutions available. We work with our clients to ensure their data receives the protection and care it deserves.

    Can I export data?

    Answer: "Yes" - You can easily export your data. We have built-in the ability to export all data to Excel. This format allows you to upload to other databases or spreadsheets.


    Can SupportWorker™ help our agency with the process of accreditation?

    Answer: "Yes" - SupportWorker™ advances the efforts of accreditation. It is a tool to record and measure programs and ensure accountability. By giving reviewers Visitor status they can view all reports and make recommendations.

    Can SupportWorker™ be accessed from multiple sites?

    Answer: "Yes" - SupportWorker™ was built to be used in many different locations.
    Anywhere you have Internet access you can reach your files. This allows multiple residential homes to work on files simultaneously. It also allows managers and front office staff to remain off-site. Further, it allows workers to even work from home. We have found the benefits of this network to be extremely popular with users.
